Celarus Pro64 Vid Card Woes

I've been looking for a driver for a Celarus Pro64 FX video card without any luck.
The only thing I can find on the web is for a request for the same driver and a response saying that Celarus was appearently swallowed up by ICS.
Without a response from the original author or anything useful from ICS website, I've come here for help.

Anyone heard of this card?
Anyone know the manufacturer of this card or the parent company?
Is this just a generic video card?

This is all that is on the video card, no FCCID either.
