Nice site, my only suggestion is that you add the code "target=new" to the links on your links page so that they dont appear in one of your frames.

Links should read either Description (http://www.somewhere.com/) to open in a new window or Description (http://www.somewhere.com/) to open in the same window without your frames.

Apart from that (relatively minor) detail, all looks good! :)
