Ok, Im looking for something i can use like, Aim or MSN instant messaging with, BUT i wanna do it console style. Basically i wanna be able to use instant messaging from a comand line in Linux, Id prefer it not have to have an X term, but something i could use for example, when i dont have X running at all. I know something like this exists because iv seen it before but i cannot remember where it was. I searched yahoo and google and couldnt find a thing.
Im searching sourceforge right now but not getting many things promising either. Anyone that can help me out here id appreciate it alot. I would love to be able to use one in text mode.
