Anti-virus Password

Hey guys,
One of our clients has Symantec antivirus 8.0 corporate edition. They forgot the password for the program. Does anyone know of any tool to recover this password. If not Ill probably just give symantec a call, but Id rather figure out another way incase it happens again. Thanks in advance.

default for 7 and 8 was symantec

Otherwise I think you have to call "due to the nature of the issue"
I remember seeing a simular article on the symantec website

yea, default isnt working. I was checking online. symantec has a decryption program but I cant seem to find it "in the wild" so ill just give them a call. thanks anyway.
