Interesting MyDoom Infected Machine

I've seen MyDoom infections before, but I've never seen this happen! The computer has almost been rendered unusable. The weirdest thing is you can't even go to %systemroot%/Program Files/, as it gives an Active X error saying the security level doesn't allow viewing of the page! So when I checked out security zones, I got what you see in the attachment. Weeeiiiiird.

Is there another brower on there that you can use?
Or, what about cmd prompt.

Is it only for that user? What if you create a new user?
That is strange though... I haven't seen it like that either.
