Books available online.

It is some time that I am searching for some books ( not tutorials ) which are available online reading or downloading, cause in my country good books can not be find and if you find them they are really expensive.
I came to across 2 sites which have books availbale online which you shouldn't pay 4 it.
They are mosly for C++ and JAVA.
