I am a newbie hacker.I wanna now how the ISPs create the registration key and corresponding password. Someone told me that a program named as Softice is uesd for cracking serial codes of the programs but i wanna know what software is used to generate registration serail key and password of ISPs.
Not a good start... I'd rephrase or delete. This is a security site and not a "hacking" site... your post is borderline, at best (and I think that's being optimistic).
