Hi guys
Ive seen some cool avatars about here and was wondering how these avatars are created?
I have created a basic avatar using flash but im unable to use it!
Ive tried a search but got fed up looking through all the results, so forgive me if this has been posted before.

They're animated .gif-files, not flash. I believe you know and/or can search about how to create them.

I've made a couple of animated avatars using animation shop and PSP. If you have an image and would like one, I'd be happy to make it for you. If not, animation shop and PSP are packaged in a free trial download at: http://www.jasc.com
Zero's right. You have to do the actual avatar in flash and save it as *.gif. Don't try saving it as a *.jpg in flash though, you get a billion seperate frames ;) bad memories...
