well, I'm not sure I understood your question... but if you're asking whether browsing the internet slows your network's database servers...
No, it should not slow your networks database servers to browse HTTP... most database servers are on very fast connections, and can handle many requests withing a short time. One person browsing the internet will not slow them down much

here is the story
when i brows the www after 10 am ,i get (dnserror)
when i call network center the said " browsing the www slowing db servers ".
as i know db servers( oracle and sql) have diffrient ports
www using 8080.
now what you think ?

Perhaps what they mean is that web surfing in your company as a whole is slowing down your corporate network so they are not allowing forward dns lookups. If you are a company of say 1000 people and 400 of those people are surfing the web at the same time, streaming music, looking at pictures, that can definitely slow your network down. Especially if you are on an older network that is 10MB or non switched.
