Press Ctrl+Alt+Del and Go to New Task and type in explorer or explorer.exe

next timeyou post a question, give us more info, what Windows you're running etc ...

I never can be botherd to type that all out. i go for c:\

It brings back explorer.exe it displays some kind of error i cant be bothered with. And im done. Works on xp machines dont know about the rest.
