Hi guys, I have a big problem here, I installed a bit of software that has made my computer shut down now every time I try to boot up, and it won't even boot up in safe mode now, what can I do?

Hi, what was the software and what OS are we talking here?
Can you boot with CD support or from a "live CD"?
If you can't do that, just remove the drive and slave it to another machine. Boot that from its master drive and uninstall the offending software.

If its hosed, it can never hurt to start over with a fresh load.
Could be the harddrive's going south. Try booting from a
PE disk (google Bart PE) and running "scandisk /r c:" from
a command prompt to repair any bad sectors. This one works
more often than not for me when a PC's stuck in a 'boot loop'.
I guess if you are going to take that route you can use the hard drive mfg's disk tools to check the drive before all of that...
could be anything really, faulty memory, faulty cpu, faulty power.....
