Hehe.. it's ii-monk's original account I believe (he wanted it back). They forgot to change his status.. Look at his sig. :)

GbinaryR's status is changed back to what it should be.

FYI - these are always just problems with the user custom title not being set correctly. The system will not (afaik) let users who are actually banned post anything.
