Hey AgentLinux...
I wouldn't worry. When I was activating my friends copy of XP I found out something... was news to me, might not be to others...
the product activation (in Australia @ least) is computerized.. you don't get to talk to a Microsoft rep.. I don't believe there was even an option to speak to one.....
haa haa ha ha haaaa! I got the cracked version of XP Pro from a MS beta tester friend of mine. I didn't even hafta register it. hee hee. Not to rub it in or anything. :p :D :)
hehe, wasn't my copy, so it really wouldn't be rubbing it in...
neway, he got it for free as well..... and I've yet to see why the product activation is meant to be such a painful process...
mebe someone could fill me in???
