Actually this is not a feature of ISA but of Internet Explorer. IE automagicly logs in (under water so to speak) the user when needed (if you set ISA to accept NTLM authentication).Quote:

That being said you could use squid (for the proxy part) in combination with samba (for the NTLM authentication) as mentioned by cacosapo.
