Yahoo email formatting toolbar messed up

Hello everyone,
I've recently had this problem. I used to have three menus (i.e. attachment, emoticon, format like http://i50.tinypic.com/4h2n9d.jpg) under the "subject" in yahoo mail and it was very convenient because when I clicked on emoticons all of them would show up and did NOT disappear despite the old formatting toolbar that all the emoticons would show up in a box with one click and then I'd have to reclick to see them again. I don't know what happened that I'm getting this. This is how my formatting toolbar is at the moment:

If you know how I can get my three separate attachment, emoticons and format bars again please help me out here. I really appreciate it.
