My best guess is he is trying to find a web based proxy to use to get around a filter, probably at a highschool.
You thinK???

lol he probably thinks its "leet" to type like that.
lol , and I thought my English was bad ... thought I was learning new words when I read it ;-)
meh...having been through the hawaii public school system (grades k-12 im sad to say) I can put the blame on them without any hesitation. My spelling is horrible, but who needs spelling when you have spell check right?(that was the response one of my teachers gave my parents when I was in 5th grade and they questioned why we didnt have spelling tests and what not for our vocabulary lists.)
lol, oh well. I hope this kid isnt trying to get around a school based filter, and he has a legit reason for all of this. maybe he will explain himself.
There was no spell check when I was in highschool.... :(
and I still have problems with spelling....
Then there's my kids...adding misspelt words to the spell checker...
I use an online dictionary...when needed ;)

I didn't have spellchecker in high school. What I did have was an English Major for a Mother and a Journalism Major for a Father.
I remember one summer I sent a letter home from camp - it was returned with spelling and grammatical mark-up's, and a copy of "The Elements of Style".
I was to make use of my summer vacation and learn how to spell and write the English language.
Talk about tough!
