Exchange Mail Box
Is there utilities that has the capability to find emails that are corrupt on a exchange server with out actually going to the server it self. Remotely I need to have a utility that will go to a spacific users mail box and see if one or two emails is corrupt. I get calls from people at work stating that they don't see any email from to day. Its a big pain to have them log into OWA and try to locate a problem email delete it then fire up outlook to see if it worked.
The person gets mad. I get frustrated and It consume time that could be focused on other things.
I've gone to MS, no luck, scanned Antionline, and Google can't find a thing.

Need a little more info please.
What version of exchange? What OS? Contents of error logs that are generated by the system/application would be helpful. As a SWAG, this sounds more like an MTA problem, a system configuration problem, or a system file corruption problem to me..... but without better information .....shrug.

Exchange 2002
mostly XP Pro clients
outlook configured for cache information, retry every 5 min
What has to happen is have the person go through OWA and try and locate the email that is the last one in there inbox and start deleting from there until they start getting there mail
this is cheesy as hell for aIT tech but could find no utility to just go out and check the persons mail box on the info store and scan to see which email ios causeing the issue
