Thanx Prodikal!
Also there are a few other tools you can use try going to http://www.lavasoftusa.com/ and get their program to scan for spyware programs, but first I'd so to http://security2.norton.com/ssc/home...QCKMRKRFPECDME and do a scan of your hard drive for any known virus and backdoor program. Norton also has removal tools for a specific virus. Take these steps and you are on your way to securing your box.
What's up with the 'courier' anyways? Are you trying to change your font or something?
Thanx PaleMoon and yes Guus I was trying to change the font colour but it didn't work. I am new here :)
Try reading the F.A.Q. ;)
Gawd, I hate 'visually enhanced' text...
also i suggest a trojan scanner,
www.moosoft.com
lol Guus thanx!
from an above post:
"http://security2.norton.com/ssc/hom...MQCKMRKRFPECDME and do a scan of your hard drive for any known virus and backdoor program. Norton also has removal tools for a specific virus. Take these steps and you are on your way to securing your box."
->you can use that security analyzer, but be forewarned: it will undoubtdely advise that your systems are " AT RISK " if you aren't using THEIR product. After all, they are a business. I would suggest using that analyzer, AND search for OTHERS (either on an engine or better yet within AntiOnline Forum). You may want to use more than one, to get a sort of 'average' of your overall exposure.
->I don't know what OS you are using, but you can also search within the forum for general options on how to configure your computer for better overall security as a BASIS to which freeware can ADD some security. (For instance, disabling file sharing and whatnot, and setting account policies.)
