Like the subject said I have a stupid quick question, do I have to have a different phone line for dsl? or canI have it on the same line as my normal phone line and be able to use my phone at the same time ? any help would be useful, thanks in advance.
Yes you can, that is one of the advantages of DSL, you can use the phone and net at the same time :)

You'll probably need a splitter to split the phone/dsl signal, though.
