OMG... Try Google and you might just be surprised.

I'll do you one better, if you Search Google for "NTP Server" the very first link is, will you believe this...?!?!?! The fscking NTP site at UDel - that is, the people that, as far as I know, pretty much wrote the book on NTP.

And, well, I'd just very well bet that if you went to Redhat's site and searched their RPMs for NTP, you might be amazingly surprised. This, however, is left as an exercise to the clueless. (and I'm sure RPM Find probably works just as well, if not better)
