All Protocols Overview
Hi,
I'd like to share something that is very, very usefull for anyone who deals with protocols.
Every protocol is situated in th OSI Model ( there are some usefull links for OSI in the Tutorial Forum)
Basicly everyone who has to do something with Networks like IT, ISP, Fiber Optics, ATM, a.o.
will soon have this poster on his wall.
Me, I can situate my job within the first two layers.
Hope you find it as usefull as it is for me.

Wow! That is the most detailed view of the OSI model I've ever seen
Gracia!

Yikes! Very nice picture to add to my archive. I'll have to look at it in more detail later but form the quick look that I took I must say that I'm going to enjoy looking at it. :-)
Did you put this togeather, or, if not, where did you get it?
Thanks. :-)

k,
If you see the zip-file , you can see 'Acterna'. Well, this is a major company 'round the world,
for optical testing equipment (not just that, but my expirience).
If you want more from where that came from,.... here is the url : http://www.acterna.com
Glad you guys enjoyed it,

greetings,
just wondering if you have managed to get it all printed, full size? i can't make adobe print it overlaped on multiple pages. or would this be a printer limitation.
anyone?

Hey,
The only possible way I know to print this one, is to do the following :
-Open the file with Acrobat
-Set the proper size, for me 150% did the trick
-then take the box select button and select the poster
-copy and paste into a Picture program, even paint will do it.
-You can print several pages now, and afterwards put the pages together.
I know this isn't the prettiest way, but at least you'll have it on paper.
Or use a plotter if you know somebody who has on somewhere.
Greetz,
