Good book on Wireless networks

Greeting's

I want suggestions on what would be a good book on WIreless network's. I want to start off from the basics and end with Security in wireless networks.

My friends have suggested books by syngress but I find them advanced ( i mean I want to do the absulute basic first.)

Has anyone read the book "Silence on the Wire : A Field Guide to Passive Reconnaissance and Indirect Attacks". If so how is it and is it worth buying ?
