There is, but you have to have like 40 posts under your belt before you can. Not sure if that is the exact number, but it's somewhere near there.
To upload your own avatar blackh0le you need to have 45 posts . Just use Antionline.com (avatars) until you reach 45 posts in case your clue-less just hit edit site options scroll the bottom of the page hit the button that says change avatar
or just click on your avatar on the home page
