Hi all
I am looking for a decent piece of proxy software which will allow me to share my DUN connection between all my computers.
The network is already in place but I would like a free bit of proxy software which will automagically dial the dial up and connect when proxy requests are recieved from the other machines.
Any suggestions ?
Note: Security is not really a problem as each machine has NAV and Firewall installed.

I would suggest Analogx's proxy software. It is a free download from:

It comes with a help file describing how to configure it and your clients. It also talks about how to make it work with dial-up networking.
I have not personally used this Analogx program, but I have always been pleased with his other software. Give it a try, and check out the rest of his site. Good luck!
I used to use Proxy+ which is a pretty reliable program. Since I cant remember what all it does from memory, I'll just quote the snippet from download.com

Actually if I remember correctly, Proxy+ can be set to dial up to the internet on demand, and will disconnect after a set period of inactivity. Another program i used was Avirt Gateway, which could also connect to a dialup connection automatically I believe, but it wasnt freeware like Proxy+, so I never really spent much time with it.
