A question

I have a question that I hope someone will help me with. I am running ZoneAlarm for my firewall and I see that I am being scanned. From the log area I have there IP number and when I do a search via Whois I see the below message. How do I read the message and what should I do about this. I am told that my system was not entered, but how can I be sure of it? Thanks for your time.
