This is an Internet worm coded in JavaScript. The worm appears as a message in MSN Messenger directing the user to a website which contained the code. This worm was hosted on a number of different sites.
Backdoor.Systsec is a backdoor Trojan horse. It listens on port 1034 and allows unauthorized access to an infected computer. It sets itself up to run automatically when Windows restarts.

This backdoor Trojan is a Dynamic Link Library (DLL) that is used to attack and exploit IIS servers. If the attack is successful, then the attacker will have gained System level access to the server.
You beat me to it I was just about to post about that one still for those who run on windows ME here is the McAfee url and some information about disabling the restore utility to stop you getting it back though Norton cleans it out well :)
