For the guys that are interested into the art of hidding a message within a picture, there is a(not very recent technique) called Steganography.
I've come through a really good paper on that subjet in CCRC.

A quick search on google & I found dozens of free available Steg apps!!!
Neat stuff, and you can hide info in any file useing this tech. Just remember that a word doc only gives you so many spaces. I have also seen a perl modual that uses this to hid code insde of files.

I found last night a site on the subject that list a very large set of Steg tools (just amazing), to hide file or text into audio, images, files, texts, videos, ....

you gota wtch your file sizes though. or else you will degrade the picture quality and it will be obvious that there is something hidden in there. High detailed photo's work the best for hiding other files in, they are usualy bigger so they have more room before degredation sets in
