VCD Plus Problem

Helo Guys,
I have VCD Plus, Video Capture Card, its come with TV Tunner also, but i can not use TV Tuner now, At first, there was no problem with the driver.... but i load the driver from the original CD, and open VCD plus.exe an error massage apear... sayin that

I thought that it may be a driver file corupt, so, i download the driver from their website, but i still have the problem, beside, i can use for AV and Svideo capture. Please help me.

What operating system are you using?........It sounds like XP/2K?...............you might have loaded a 9x driver over it, as you did say that it worked before you used the CD:?

My first shot would be to go into control panel/system and delete the device. Then do a "cold" boot, and let it find its own drivers....if it then works, please don't mess with it until you have to???

On a longshot there is a problem with some drivers not installing correctly after the install of Service Pack 4 on Win2k, you may want to check Windows Update for the fix.

Is VCD Plus a capture program? Sorry to ask, and have you tried any other software like Virtual Dub (for capturing) or Dscaler (for viewing). Those work great for my hauppague (sp) card and they worked even when the pos hauppague (sp) software would not.

Try updating/reinstalling your sound card driver a few of them addresses are to do with your sound card, so it may be possible you have a fault with that or a conflict between that and you video capture card!

Have a look in your system info and see what it says under Conflicts or problem devices.
