Web performance

Hi all, I'm looking for some kind of tool that allow me to see live stats in my web server, I mean, to see how many users, what are they consulting, etc.. My goal is to see the amount of process everey page generate (ASP, ASP.net, xsl, ...) in the server.

Any help will be appreciated!
