Howdy.
Nice links none the less, there's always a few i tend to forget over time and have to go searching google for.
but i would of thought that maybe these would be more a "Tips 'n Tricks type of thread.?
cheers
acidtone..:)
Hi al~ those are useful links, people may want to bookmark them.
I agree with acid~ that this is more "Tips & Tricks" as it will just vanish otherwise?
I have moved the thread and slightly altered the title to make it a bit more "searchable"
Cheers :)
thanks for moving that thread into "Tips&Tricks" :)
I guess it is somewhat helpful, but in reality you can run any windows compatible program from the run bar. Why limit it to just things that open up through MMC, or control panel applets? I guess the second list is better because it lists my favorite for the run bar, calc and notepad.
Any executable that is in the system path can be run by just typing the name of the executable. If you include the full path, you can run anything that way.
I like the links you provided. I bookmarked them both. Mohaughn has a good point. That is why I would just like to add http://www.allcommands.com/
it's an oldie but a goodie IMO.
Cheers, CN22
Just thought id add one that hasnt been mentioned control userpasswords2 gives an advanced User Account applet.
