I read through MS02-065 and I guess Microsoft has decided to leave W95 out in the cold again. I know they've discontinued support for the o/s but one would think critical security flaws would...

I agree with Tedob1, JP needs to be cloned!
Haven't had the time to hang here for awhile but sure would miss it if AO were gone.

Since MS frequently resorts to bully behavior, I'm not surprised. Most bullies don't hold the same set of rules for themselves that they do for others. I.e. "they" are exempt.
I had not heard...

A year and a half ago, I was completly focused on certification. Spent big $$ taking a class I wasn't even prepared for (80% of that money was completly wasted). Focused on test questions, test...

I believe I've seen I've seen and update at Windows Updates specifically to allow older programs to run on XP. Have been wanting to try it on a friend's system but haven't had the chance :-(

I agree with allenb1963... spoofing (that's what I'll call the "empty files with a song title") is just another form of hacking and that (at least according to what I've read) is what the RIAA has...

I'm assuming when you say it starts at 100% that it stays at 100%.
On my network, I've had many problems with HP Vectras and rundll32. rundll32 would initiate with a dial-up connection and then...

As much as I would enjoy the "simplicity" of decision making based on the volumns of facts I've learned, most of my important decisions have come from my gut.
But with the capibilty it is...

In W9x, if I recall, there are 2 points you need to address.

Excellent, excellent strategy! Didn't understand everything you did to catch this guy (I'm certainly no ISP admin), but I loved the net send solution!

Come to think of it, I think I've had fewer than 5...
