Windows XP is end of life as of April 2014, which means it wont get any further security updates. Essentially its unsafe to use it!

@Shay Windows 8 is gash, but I think its like that for tablet. I know that anwser is BS.
Also I Loved Windows 98, it was great in its day :)

Thanks for your advice again, I couldn't make sense of the NETSTAT information it's a lot clearer and easier seeing just the ip addresses rather then their DNS Addresses.

Really easy go to enable Wi-Fi and browse for the correct SSID (the connection) and bingo, bobs your uncle :D
