Okay well here is some basic information about Remote network Management In Windows Xp/2000.

I would recomment booting in safe mode first. THen do a system scann or just delete the file. It should work that way.

I would have to go with DeadAddict on that one. THose settings can also be a cause of a few DUN/RAS errors. I've had many of calls where those setting were wrong and by simply changing them back.
