The prevention to this problem is to goto CONTROL PANEL > FOLDER OPTIONS > FILE TYPES
now one-by-one select the following and click ADVANCED choose EDIT and click DEFAULT:-
.VBS, .BAT, ..JS, .KEY,...

In ur case i think since its a personal website and not a commercial one , chances are that some one did a "shoulder-surfing" on you. This doesn't look like a professional cracker's attempt. It might...

They get bored using canned tools and move on and eventually become a real hacker. I personally feel that ppl in their teens try things and actually learn a lot from it...so every hacker was a script...
