I just got an SMTP and POP3 server and was wondering, if i put the email as user@ipddress in my user settings would other SMTP servers send directly to my ip without me having to do anything with DNS...

I'd suggest Talisman, they're on the second version now I think. It lets you edit the theme yourself, with a little programming knowledge you can make the shell do whatever you want. It's neat.

The free version of ZoneAlarm is good but watch out for the Pro version. I got the demo for it and on my Win98 box it crashed it every time I turned my comp on. I had to uninstall it from safe-mode...

What version comes on the Windows cd? It's in the oldmsdos folder. If you want to be able to compile programs then try FirstBasic, almost identical to QBasic and it lets you compile the programs....

Most versions of linux will install LILO, Linux loader, which lets you type in the partition you want to boot from. So install XP then Linux and you should be able to use LILO to boot both of them....

If you have Mandrake linux then there's a folder called lnx4win on the cd, read the instructions and you should figure it out. I tried using it but it does get messed up when run over windows.
