OK I will delete the folder, then I guess I will google how to recreate the system restore folder. I will keep you posted on how it goes! thanks :)

It wont let me disable system restore :( even in safe mode I cant... It says something to the effect of "Cannot disable system restore, there is an error trying to enable/disable one or more drives"...
