Try looking into Hiren's Boot CD, think it has most of the tools you are looking for and it has a menu built into select which tools you need.

Hmm...okay, I'll have to look into that. Wasn't aware knoppix couldn't read NTFS partitions.
Edit: Do you mean read or write NTFS? I don't think they have a kernal that supports NTFS writes yet.
