    the grunt is right... and i did log in as "Administrator" for my experiment. I already had the "welcome" screen disabled, so logging in was just like hitting ctrl+alt+del twice from the welcome...

    Actually, the problem is that you made those files private. When you create a new profile windows gives that profile an ID. When you make folders private, only a user with that ID can view the files....
