Yeah, like the guys said, I'd go with Ad Aware or another spyware removal application, and I'd also go to the View menu, Toolbars, and uncheck Google. It also wouldn't hurt using regedit to track...

I tried that out and I don't think those drivers are for 3com/USR chipsets...
I could be wrong about that though, maybe I did something wrong when trying to install it.
