The solution for the problem not connecting to the router was the incorrect driver for the nerwork adaptar on the second pc.
I had to reinstall the os and then solved the problem.

when running ipconfig /all it says

well the first time i made a cross cable :( but then i checked the cable with a cable tester and then i found out that mirrored the rj45 connector on one end so its working all right now
