Yeah my big main concern is the HIPAA compliance...especially since theres some legislation now about prosecuting administrators when there is a breach of security :x

I'm sorry...was a little vague on my description.
Each office is connected to the internet via DSL lines...the main office has a T1 for connectivity.
Just trying to see what the best method...
