I can't really be much help as to how much and what software and so on, but I did use an Indigo and an Indigo 2. I believe the Indigo had the R4000 processor. No idea on the Indigo 2. I know this...

Another file format you can use besides mp3 is AMR. Amr's will play over some of the older blue tooths where mp3s wont. Quality is lower but it works.

I would also run AVG's antispyware. It has found things for me that adaware and spybot didnt. I've never used zone alarm though. Good luck with it.
