To clear this up:

I have a firewall (Brickhouse(It's a gui for opperating the firewall in unix that ships with MACosX ))
I have checked for trojans,viruses and keyloggers.
I was on my computer...

I'm using the native unix firewall that ships with MACosX and have now checked for trojans and viruses found none.
This is realy creeping me out because about 40 megs of files have been deleted...
