to go a step farther you can make a hidden directory (with no name) by using non ASCII characters. Just look in the back of your Windows manual and it should have a listing of differant combinations...

Another possability (if you are using a phone line) would be to either use a Gold Box or Loop Numbers. Of course your download speeds and what not would not be all THAT great but hey, it's an option.
