I guess that depends on your bank?
Over here student loans are generally for your education and are paid back over a longer period. I would guess that a PC would be a personal loan.

Hi, Celeron processors run as fast as they say they do. I think your friend was referring to them having a smaller cache, so they are not as powerful as the top range processors? :)
