I'm thinking about getting a RAM upgrade for my PC, but I have a little question.

If I have 3 sticks of 512MB Corsair PC3200 400MHz Dual Channel DDR RAM and a stick of 1 GB 1024MB Corsair PC5300...

I use the default Outlook Express. I know there is a way to do it, I just don't know how.
