A DOS attack is one that is preformed using a Disk Operating System...much like M$ DOS, u would be advised to not post nemore questions on AO, cos u will be flamed...

thanks guys will disable WebDAV manually, from regedit, although need to put service pack 3 on first...

Well it looks like ur account is not valid on the remote box.
have u actually connected to the box?
in ur dos prompt type ip addy or the domain name of the host
ie.
telnet 192.98.1.100 ...
