maybe you have blown it up? with my old p2 300 +tnt m64 32 mb agp i got like 30 frames.are the games the only things that are slow? if all the other programs are also slow and windows is starting up...

i have A seagate 7200rpm 80GB HD and no problems with it it's quite fast just search for a cheap one and then look on hardware site's how that HD behaves
