I wasn't aware that MOM would give me the monitoring that I am looking for.. such as if anything changes, applications installed, etc....
anything else out their besides MOM?

That is my first thought too.. However we have some very PITA people who would loose too much functionality not having full outlook app since not all of our Exchange servers are 2k3 yet. However...

Definatly will do my best to get 135 and the others shut off. THe main reason they were left open was so that users can have access to MS Outlook and such from home. I know bad idea, have them VPN...

The attacks are definatly coming from the outside. According to the event log ip addresses and who they are registered to.
I can run those programs and enumerate users fine from the inside.....

yes 135-139 is open for local outlook taffic for customers(not my recommendation but the company won't change that)
