I have been away from this site for about three weeks now. In that time, a lot of changes have come around. The general attitude of this site is much poorer, and I see virtually no information.

Oh, if you have a winmodem, try www.linmodem.org Its a great site with good links to sites where you can get the drivers you need for your modem to work. Worked just great with my Conexant Softmodem

What version of Linux are you using? Either way, look for a program called KPPP which will be under Internet in the KDE menu. That should help ya out
